The Visalia plant combines our own route truck with reliable carriers to serve our California customers. The Pinnacle truck covers California’s Central Valley with pick-ups and deliveries from Sacramento to Bakersfield.

Pinnacle uses reliable trucking companies for deliveries and pick-ups at its Portland, Oregon warehouse and the Hereford Texas plant.

Raul Aguilera hits the road on a regular basis, serving Pinnacle customers from Sacramento to Bakersfield.

Travis Taylor, General Manager

Travis grew up on a family ranch and farming operation east of Austin, Texas, producing cattle, peaches, and pecans.

After obtaining a Master in Agricultural Science from Texas A&M, he spent three years as executive director for a non-profit grain-promotion and legislative group. In 1999, he moved to California to handle sales for a company in the micronutrient segment of the feed and pet-food industry. He continued with the same firm until his departure in fall of 2014 to establish Pinnacle Premix.

Travis and his wife Julie travel regularly between California and Texas seeing family along the way. They actively attend and serve at the churches where their travels take them. He remains active serving elected officials that align with the Constitution and recognize the challenges small businesses endure while recognizing their importance in a community and with families.

Maryanne Oliphant, Formulations

A California native, Maryanne has been involved in the pet and livestock feed industry since 1982. A good portion of her career was spent working for O.H. Kruse before joining the Pinnacle team in 2015.

Maryanne provides formulation support to nutritionists and Pinnacle’s sales and technical team. During the course of her career, she has been responsible for the management of a certified alfalfa testing laboratory, managing company feed formulation systems and bids, and handling ingredient purchases.

She attended Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California where her focus was on animal science and chemistry. She is a trained and certified Animal Food Microscopist by The American Association of Feed Microscopists. In addition to her many accomplishments, she has completed the Pharmacy Technician Program through Allied Business School and is a certified California Water Treatment Operator.

Maryanne enjoys the outdoors, usually pursuing her passion for animals on horseback accompanied by her dog and her friends. When she’s not riding, Maryanne enjoys strolling across big expanses of manicured lawn in pursuit of a hole-in-one.


George Railsback, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Manager

George grew up within sight of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry at Texas Tech University. His work in the food industry started immediately after graduation, setting him on a career path devoted to developing, managing and directing microbiology laboratories, sanitation, and quality assurance departments for various companies throughout the US.

In 2015 he moved to California to spearhead Pinnacle Premix’s quality-assurance and regulatory programs. George and his team were instrumental in establishing Pinnacle Premix as an industry leader by obtaining SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing, Edition 8 and CCOF Organic Certifications.

George resides in Visalia, California, and takes full advantage of California living when it comes to enjoying horticulture, music, wine, fine art, gourmet eats, and cooling off in the surf. But when it comes to sports, our quality assurance guy is a steadfast Texas Tech University fan.

Jeanie Yang, Accounting Manager

Jeanie is gifted with an eye for detail, something she puts to work on a daily basis as Pinnacle’s accounting controller. Jeanie managed the implementation of our current enterprise resource program (ERP) and barcode systems.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Phoenix. Work experience includes ten years working in the ag industry, with more than seven of those years in accounting.

Jeanie has a passion for international travel. In every year beginning with 2016, she has visited a different country.

Cascel Fite, Customer Service Manager

Cascel was born and raised in the Pacific North West. In 1990 she moved to Stockton, California to study theology and Christian education.

A highly-motivated self-starter, Cascel has been working in customer-service-related fields for over 20 years, most of them spent in energy consulting. She thrives on challenge and excels at work requiring the management of high-volumes of product with tight turnarounds.

Cascel is the proud mother of three sons and a Golden State Warriors fan, but when stock cars hit the national circuit you’ll find her cheering on a car with number 18 on the side and a guy named Kyle Busch behind the wheel.

Vanessa Mark, Customer Service Representative

Vanessa was born and raised in California’s Central Valley. Fresh out of high school, she was hired as a customer service rep at a local banking institution, where she continued while attending Fresno State. After starting a family, Vanessa decided to expand her professional horizons into the ag industry. With her 10-plus years of experience, Vanessa is a huge asset to the Pinnacle team. She is a great communicator, enjoys working with our customers and is wholly dedicated to meeting their needs.

Vanessa enjoys time with her family and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, the Las Vegas Raiders and the Chicago Blackhawks hockey team — whenever possible in person. 

Emily Rushing, Quality Assurance Manager-in-Training

Emily is a native Texan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from Mississippi State University. In addition to her book-based studies, she gained valuable hands-on experience with dairy cattle on the Mississippi State dairy. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Animal Science with a focus on ruminant nutrition from Texas A&M University. She conducted two major research projects, one on beef cattle weaning management, the other on the impact of grain feeding at specific stages of beef cattle production. 

Emily knew early on that she wanted to pursue a career in agriculture, and her goal in life is to make a significant contribution to animal science. At Pinnacle Premix, she is involved in feeding livestock and improving the nutritional value of their feed. 

Emily’s husband Michael is serving in the US Air Force and based in California. During their free time they enjoy golfing, hiking and spending quality time with their miniature Schnauzer, Gene. 

Juan Galindo, Quality Assurance Lead

Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2017 as a production operator, Juan spent nine years as a merchandise supervisor/inventory specialist. His work ethic, penchant for precision and attention to detail caught the attention of the Pinnacle team, so he was promoted to the hand-add room where his unique talents are essential. It wasn’t long before he decided to further his education and experience in Quality Assurance. He completed the necessary courses and acquired PCQI and HAACP certifications to become a key member of our QA team. We look forward to his continued growth. 

Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children ages 16 and 11. They like taking trips to San Francisco and Mexico. He says the best part about working for Pinnacle is knowing that what we do has a purpose in the agriculture community. He has family and friends who own horses, and spending time with these amazing animals has fueled his desire to make excellent quality feed.  

Israel Campos, Production Supervisor

Israel grew up in the small town of Yettem, CA. Hard work was the only way to get ahead, so his early years were spent working with his godfather on a dairy. As a young teen, he moved to Tulare and graduated high school. The son of a single mother, he picked fruit and harvested cotton to help make ends meet. Field work led to working on a ranch, where he tended calves as a feeder. Anxious to learn a trade, Israel took on work as a cement finisher, doing work on dairies, homes and commercial building projects. 

Joining Pinnacle in 2015 as a production operator, Israel’s strong work ethic showed through from the beginning. He worked his way up to production lead and is now production supervisor. Thanks to Israel and his crew, clients receive their orders in a timely manner. He likes working for Pinnacle because, “they believe in empowering their employees to achieve their mission, and are dedicated to making quality premixes.” 

Israel is a proud husband, uncle and godfather who loves spending time with family. He enjoys riding his Harley and trying new recipes with his wife. During football season you can find him rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.

Ryan Barcellos, Sales Manager CA/AZ

Ryan was born and raised in Hanford, CA on his family’s dairy farm. He earned his Animal Science degree from Fresno State and has been working in the animal feed industry for almost twenty years. With his time in the field, Ryan has worked towards building strong relationships within the animal production industry to help meet the goals of his customers. Ryan takes pride in establishing and maintaining good relationships with each customer.

Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. They enjoy watching them play sports and Ryan has been coaching his son’s baseball teams for the past 7 years. He also enjoys golfing and family trips to the central coast.


Larry Skoglund, Pacific North West Business Manager

Larry was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He began his career in the feed industry in 1984 as a Customer Service Manager before transitioning three years later into sales.

Serving as our PNW Business Manager for the Woodburn, Oregon operation, Larry oversees servicing customers in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah.

Larry resides in Sherwood, Oregon with his wife and son. He and his family enjoy camping, fishing, and riding ATVs. During football season, Larry’s favorite colors are Seattle Seahawk green and blue.


Tim Dronebarger, Customer Service and Warehouse Supervisor

Tim grew up in Goldendale, a small town in Eastern Washington. When not in a classroom, days were spent working in the family farm-supply store, on the family sheep farm, and for local farmers. 

For more than 20 years, Tim was the Willamette Valley Route Sales Specialist for Walco International, DeLaval Direct and Excel Dairy Service.

Tim joined the Pinnacle Premix team in August of 2016 as customer service office warehouse manager and assisted in setting up logistics in our Woodburn, Oregon facility.
Today, Tim resides in Salem, Oregon. He enjoys travel, fishing, and hanging out with family and friends.


Rex Ferrin, Sales Agent, Utah and Idaho

Rex grew up on dairy farms in Pleasant View and Morgan, Utah. He attended Weber State University before serving on a two-year church mission, then returned home to marry his high school sweetheart.

Rex’s career path has been varied, ambitious, and rewarding. He worked for a gas and repair business before starting his own company in the same line of work, followed by a several-year stint running his own dairy farm. This meant milking cows on lunch hours and midnights around his swing shift at a freight company. The next chapter of his career turned into 30-plus years in the feed industry.

When not engaged in sales for Pinnacle, Rex stays busy with his 11 children, 29 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. When the Utah Jazz are playing, Rex is usually watching. 


Jody Sullivan, Business Manager. Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico

Jody grew up in Southern New Mexico. In 1980, he graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. This was followed by Graduate studies in Animal Science.

Jody launched his career by focusing on new business development in the livestock feed and mineral supplement sectors. He has practical experience in research, production, and as a consultant for products covering a wide variety of livestock species.

Jody and his wife own a ranch in Northern New Mexico but reside in Canyon, Texas. Two of their three children live nearby, both working in agriculture. The third lives in Albuquerque.

Jody is involved in several industry organizations and boards, and currently serves on the Texas Panhandle Heritage Foundation Board of Directors. If you’re a big fan of horse racing, you and Jody will probably have a lot to talk about.


Jaret Schulte / Micro-Ingredient Merchant

Jaret is a native of the Texas Panhandle, with degrees in Ag Economics from Texas Tech and Texas A&M. Past experience includes stints as an Extension specialist, a credit analyst for an ag lender, and several years in farming and cattle feeding.

He attended the Texas A&M TEPAP (Executive Program for Ag Producers) and is a member of AAPEX, their Alumni association. He was also a member of TPEN, a Top Producer peer group, for several years.  Most recently, he was involved in commodity purchasing and hedging for a large cattle feeding group.

Jaret lives in Canyon, TX with his wife Cassie and their three young boys. His free time consists of chasing after their boys and spending time outdoors. 

Rick Devore / Warehouse and Quality Assurance Supervisor

Prior to joining the Pinnacle team, Rick spent 20 years managing operations, safety, and asset protection for a big-box retail company. He also spent eight years working for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a corrections officer.

Rick’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right makes him a key part of the success of the Pinnacle Team.

When not at work, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife of 33 years and two sons, as well as shooting, hunting, and fishing – really anything outdoors.

Brianna Griswold / Administration and Customer Service

Born in California and raised in Colorado, Brianna attended West Texas A&M University where she became familiar with the Texas Panhandle community and its heart for all things agriculture. She later moved to New Mexico where she worked for the World Series of Team Roping, specializing in membership and event processes. Her appreciation for the western lifestyle called her back to Canyon, where prior to Pinnacle, she worked in social media coordination and retail sales.

Brianna believes that fostering relationships and success begins with a foundation built on communication, trust, and respect. She sees each challenge as an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience. You’ll always find her leading with a servant’s heart and working to be of help to others.

Traveling at any chance she gets, Brianna looks forward to exploring new cultures and food. When not busy volunteering, snowboarding, hiking, or being at the lake, you’ll find her on the patio with a good cup of coffee.
